Enhanced Formula! A Source of Relief for PMS In 1983 a medical doctor, D.W. Remington, and his associate, Robert Gardner, Ph.D., began researching hormone supplements attempting to determine and solve the underlying causes of PMS. They administered serial dilutions of Estrogen and Progesterone sublingually. These were found to neutralize PMS and other cyclical symptoms.
